Fair Enough .... and IF moyes turns it around , I will be first to say I was wrong ..... However .... I do not understand why some people say United are in transition when a new manager is hired but the same does not apply for other teams. It seems as if we are expected to finish way off the pace by default. In comparison - Ancelotti walked into Chelsea and they won the league in his 1st season. Was he and his players not in transition when they won the league? There is just too many excuses for the under performing DM...... Let's own up to the fact we have not replaced one great manager with another. ( my opinion ) A manager like Ancelotti is not taken with a view to a long term manager though, you get someone like him in give him money and he gives you some short term success from it like Mourinho, we could of took that route but I think we wanted to keep with what we have in the past and get in a strong manager with a view to him been manager for another 26 years Getting Moyes in is supposed to be for the long term so he can grow into the job, I dont think anyone expected him to have such a tough start at United but I'm sure it will get rectified, people are saying we are in transition because we have handed the reigns from of management after 26 years, its a transition of Moyes getting used to the job and United getting used to a new manager with his own ideas |

it basically all boils down to yolks inability to cope with the fact that moyes is second rate and united are pretty ordinary under him. this is a newly recognized condition known as gloryhunters teamnowcrap syndrome If I was a gloryhunter I would be cying about everything and demanding action to show face for a possible loss of trophies? win lose or draw I'll still support and with Moyes I think he needs time, I'd hate for us to become a Chelsea who wants the biggest name manager every year to replace the last big name.....just to save face for a bad run of results |
